IIT JAM exam is conducted in Science subjects in order to provide admission to candidates in courses like M.Sc. (Two-year), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, and other Post-Bachelors Degree Programmes offered at different IITs. Several National Institutes of Technology (NITs), including NIT Srinagar also accept JAM/ CCMN scores for MSc admissions.

For IIT JAM registrations, candidates need to apply for the exam in the online mode. The link is https://jam.iitr.ac.in/. Candidates need to visit the JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS) link present on the official website. The last date is 11 October 2021.
